ARC Academy joined Tuk-Tam Hive Creative Buzz
ARC Academy participated in Tuk-Tam Kosher Creative Buzz, which took place on September 19 at Inter Expo Center. The event brought together international companies from the game and creative industries.
Many young people who are interested in education in gaming and the creative sphere visited our booth, which was located in the gaming area. We told them about the two-year programs in Concept art, 3D art, Game Design, Game Programming and VFX & Animation and the opportunities for development in the game industry after graduation.
The lecture part was extremely interesting as it brought together professionals from companies such as LEGO, Gameloft, Creative Assembly, Ubisoft, and others.
Dimo Dimov, VP of Live Games at Gameloft talks about the video game market, which is expected to reach nearly $188 billion in revenue this year. He explained that the industry is very rich in career opportunities – it has professionals in the fields of art, design, technology, mathematics and economics, marketing, and management.
Cerim Manovi, art director, Martin Klingenberg, design manager and Matt Betteker, concept artist at LEGO talked about how to create worlds in which children immerse themselves and develop their imagination and creativity.
Maya Georgieva, Creative Director at Creative Assembly Sofia, and Janos Gaspar, Head of Product, Total War talked about how the Bulgarian and English studios collaborated on the Total War series.
Catalin Butnariu, founder of the Romanian Game Developers Association, talks about how important it is for businesses to work together to develop the industry.
We are happy that we were part of such an event that brings together the gaming community and provides an opportunity to exchange experience, talent, and know-how.
