ARC Career Day brought together students and studios from the game and film industries
The connection between students and real business is one of the things we value at ARC Academy. The lecturers are professionals from the game and film studios, the programs are developed according to the best practices of the industries. We also organize visits to partner studios.
The first edition of ARC Career Day was a logical extension of these efforts. During the event, students and alumni met with companies from the game and film industry. Representatives from Creative Assembly Sofia, Snapshot Games, ReDefine, Chibi Phoenix, and EGT Digital spoke to the students and told them about the hiring process and their open positions.
During 30-minute presentations, recruitment and HR specialists shared practical tips on:
- How to make your CV, cover letter, and portfolio;
- How to prepare for a job interview;
- How to behave during the interview;
- What to expect after it.
The interest on the part of the students was great – they passed by the stands of the companies and chatted animatedly with their representatives! Thanks to our partners for participating and to Dominos for the delicious lunch!
