Professional Experience:
Eddie Bennun is a game industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience working in the field.
Before joining Ubisoft, right after the studio opened doors in Sofia in 2006, he used to work for several years as a 2D animator, painter, newspapers and book illustrator, art instructor and later, following his passion for games – as a 2D artist in some small indie studios and Gameloft. Eddie began his career in Ubisoft as a Texture Artist, gradually passing through Concept Artist, Senior Concept Artist and getting to his current role as a Studio Art Director.

Work highlights:
Eddie Bennun has been involved in the development of some of the most emblematic Ubisoft titles in the past 10 years. During his first years in Ubisoft, he has contributed to the creation of games such as CSI, Tom Clancy’s Hawx 2, Rayman Raving Rabbids, and Prince of Persia Trilogy HD, to name a few. Since 2009, after gaining a lot of experience and expertise for a variety of platforms and in different genres, Eddie had the opportunity to work as a Concept Artist for Assassin’s Creed Liberation and a Senior Concept Artist for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag. Assassin’s Creed Rogue was the first AAA project for him in the role of an Art Director. Its success led to working on Assassin’s Creed Origins as an Art Director for the Ubisoft Sofia’s mandate of the game, and for the creation of its mythological expansion The Curse of the Pharaohs.
