Kamber Veli Hasan

World Director, Ubisoft Sofia


Professional Experience:
Kamber Hasan joined Ubisoft Sofia in 2011 as a Level Designer. His first projects were Assassin’s Creed Liberation and Assassin’s Creed Black Flag. He took the role of Level Design Lead for the creation of Assassin’s Creed Rogue, and the game worlds of River Valley and New York, in particular. Kamber had a memorable experience in Ancient Egypt as part of the team who created Assassin’s Creed Origins. The next step in his career was taking the role of a World Director in Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Curse of the Pharaohs. Currently, he is working on the development of Skull & Bones.

Work highlights:
For 7 years in the game dev industry and Ubisoft, Kamber had the opportunity to work on some of the most complex games in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. He managed to grow gradually in the field of Level Design and to dive deep in the area of the Worldbuilding. This has helped him to learn one step at a time and to progressively develop the mindset and skills necessary for the creation of immersive worlds.
