The Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association (VTC) is a licensed training center under the Vocational Education and Training Act in Bulgaria. As such, it conducts vocational training in vocational fields 213 “Audio-visual arts and techniques; production of media products” and 481 “Computer science”. In case you wish to be issued with a Certificate of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Science, it is necessary to send the following documents on the basis of Article 14 of the VET Act.

The Center will issue a Certificate of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Science (form 3-37) in a part of the profession after a successful examination at the end of the course with a score above 3.00 in the theory examination and above 3.00 in the practical examination.

  • Preliminary medical examination card certifying that the profession for which you are training is not contraindicated for you. The document must have been issued at the beginning of the course by a licensed health care institution (polyclinic, medical center, general practitioner, hospital, etc.), certifying that you are not contraindicated from training in the professional fields “213” and “481”. The document must have been issued no earlier than 6 months before the start date of the course. Candidates who have submitted applications for previous courses may use the medical document they have and do not need to renew it if it has not been 6 months since it was issued.
  • Entrance level document – Secondary School Certificate/XII Grade, Secondary School.
  • Diploma or Higher Education Diploma.Document photo (taken with a phone in JPG format).
  • The above documents need to be submitted for each course within 7 days from the date of commencement of the respective course.

The end-of-course examinations are conducted and assessed in accordance with REGULATION No. 1 FROM 19 FEBRUARY 2020 ON THE ORGANISATION AND CONDUCTING OF THE EXAMINATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

Art. (1) The assessment of the results of the examinations for the acquisition of professional qualifications referred to in Article 1(2) shall be carried out in points, respectively for each part of the examination:

  1. for the theory of the profession part – a maximum of 100 points;
  2. for the practical part of the profession – a maximum of 100 points.

(2) The final mark of the examination referred to in Article 1(2) in number of points shall be formed after the successful completion of each part of the examination referred to in Article 1 and shall be calculated depending on the degree of professional qualification to be acquired according to the following formula, respectively:

  1. first degree of professional qualification – the final mark in number of points is equal to 0.3 × the number of points obtained in the theory part of the profession + 0.7 × the number of points obtained in the practice part of the profession;
  2. second level of professional qualification – the final mark in the number of points shall be equal to 0,4 × the number of points obtained in the theory of the profession part + 0,6 × the number of points obtained in the practice of the profession part;
  3. third and fourth levels of professional qualification – the final mark in the number of points shall be equal to 0,5 × the number of points obtained in the theory of the profession part + 0,5 × the number of points obtained in the practice of the profession part.

(3) The final mark of the examination referred to in Article 1, Paragraph 2 in number of points shall be converted into a numerical mark with an accuracy of 0.01 according to the formula:Numerical grade = final grade in number of points × 0.06.

(4) The final mark of an examination referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2 shall be a quantitative and qualitative mark with an accuracy of 0.01 and shall be determined as follows:

  1. for a quantitative indicator from 2,00 to 2,99 – a qualitative indicator “weak”;
  2. for a quantitative indicator of 3,00 to 3,49, a qualitative indicator of ‘average’;
  3. for a quantitative indicator from 3,50 to 4,49, the quality indicator ‘good’;
  4. for a quantitative indicator from 4,50 to 5,49, the quality indicator ‘very good’;
  5. for a quantitative indicator from 5,50 to 6,00, the quality indicator ‘excellent’.

The courses offered by the Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association are by profession:

  • “Computer Graphic Designer” – third degree of professional qualification;
  • “Computer animator” – third degree of professional qualification;
  • “Application programmer” – third degree of professional qualification;

The Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association holds license №2020121542/30.10.2020 issued by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.

The documents issued by the Center are:

  • Certificate of Vocational Training “3-37” of the Ministry of Education and Science  
  • “Europass” certificate annex.
