PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

After studying Geodesy at UACEG, Radoslav discovered his true passion for visual communication and product design.

In 2015, he began his design career as a UI Designer at the IT company Melon, where he became well-acquainted with methodologies such as Design Thinking and User-Centred Design. In 2017, his passion for the Gaming industry led him to the newly-formed studio B12, where he worked as a UI Artist on the development of the mobile RTS game Instant War. Over time, Radoslav expanded his expertise in Product Design, Interaction Design and UX methodology, while exploring one key question: What motivates people to play games?

This deeper approach to design has allowed him to work on various projects as a UX & UI Designer, including:

  • Phoenix Point (Snapshot Games) – UI/UX Designer II (2020–2022)
  • Heroes of the Dark (Gameloft) – Senior UX Designer (2022)
  • Unannounced project (Fortis Games) – Staff UX Designer (2022 – present)
