30 years in Hollywood, 18 of which as an Art Director for Pixar (Finding Nemo, Wall-e, The Incredibles 2 and many more) as well as 12 years teaching at AAU (Academy of Arts, University in San Francisco).

“If I do a fraction for Bulgaria of what I and my colleagues in our long careers have done for Hollywood, I would feel accomplished.”

Milin Djalaliev

16 years in the field of advertising and branding, 10 of which as a Manager at the advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi. Head of the Master’s program ‘Advertising and Brand Management,’ as well as the successfully failed ed-tech startup TheCamp.me.

Petya Grigorova

Experience:
13 years in the advertising industry. The first Happiness Manager in Bulgaria. At Saatchi & Saatchi Sofia, she develops educational formats, internal initiatives and the happiness of the team. She successfully manages the internship program of Publicis Groupe Bulgaria, the formats Saatchi Circle, Taalks & Taalks, as well as the Master’s program in ‘Advertising and Brand Management.’

Svetoslava Koleva

Experience:
Svetoslava studied Non-formal Education at Sofia University. She has experience as a software tester, as well as in administrative departments, directly involved in various organizational activities and documentation.

Mihaela Benova

Experience:
7 years of experience in Advertising and Brand building, as well as in innovative projects within the creative industries. She is inspired by people and believes that success comes with passion, persistence and luck. For her, teamwork, the courage to step out of your comfort zone and sharing skills are essential.

She draws motivation from interactions with people—the team she works with and those who benefit from her endeavors. This is the main driving force and inspiration behind her work.

Marina Ruskova

Experience:
9 years in the field of education and international activities.
She has degrees in Business Administration and in International Relations. She has participated in the Nestle Start-up, Erasmus+ exchanges, international art projects and exhibitions. She has completed 2 Work & Travel programs in the USA.

Gabriela Georgieva
Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience:
She studied Public Relations at Sofia University’s ‘St. Kliment Ohridski.’ She discovered her passion for Digital Marketing by enrolling in SoftUni’s Digital program. She participanted in the Duke of Edinburgh Award – Silver level, where she develops her volunteer work on socially significant topics.

Didi Bozhkova
Junior Specialist "Digital Marketing"

Experience:
She graduated with a degree in Media and Journalism from the University of National and World Economy, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. She developed a passion for writing, which later extended to Digital Marketing. She completed the internship program ARC Horizon.

Eri Doycheva
Program coordinator

Experience:
ARC Academy alumna and producer of the project ‘Yunache.’ 14 years of education in the creative field, focusing on fine and applied arts, fashion design and concept art. She has participated in various exhibitions and fashion shows.

Personal growth through collaboration and project execution. Supporting future talents in the Gaming industry from the perspective of someone who has walked their path.

Polina Stancheva
Junior Project Manager

Experience:
She has degrees in English Studies, American Studies and has studied Graphic and Poster Design. She has worked as a translator in international teams, a coordinator in film productions, an intern at Bulgarian National Television (BNT) and a volunteer in programs, related to culture and education.

Motivation:
With a clear vision, she intends to continue studying and working in Bulgaria because she believes that things happen when people are willing to work for them. She is motivated by the creative environment and interaction with others.
