What is the Open Doors?

Choosing a university is an important step toward your professional development. In order for you to make an informed decision, it is essential to explore the programs, environment and opportunities that education can offer. The Open Doors Day at ARC Academy is a great chance to see how theory turns into practice.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, June 21, at 2:30 pm, at ARC Academy’s campus in the Elieff Center, Studentski grad, Sofia. The highlight of the event will be the final game projects created by students from the Game Design, Concept Art and 3D Art programs. You will witness in real time what the two teams have developed over the last semester – from initial ideas and concepts to fully finished games.

Here’s what to expect:

• Live demonstrations of the games “Saviours of Axabras” and “Threads of Insanity”
• Conversations with the students, who will share insights about the development process, the challenges they faced and the importance of teamwork
• Mentor spotlight: Evgeny Tenev – Game designer and lecturer who will talk about his role and perspective in guiding the teams
• Hands-on gameplay – Get your hands on the games created by our students after the presentations!

In addition you will learn more about our academic programs, curriculum, application process and portfolio requirements, and you will have the chance to meet lecturers, students and ARC Academ’s team.
