The students who successfully complete our academic programs will receive certificates for acquired skills, signed and stamped by our corporate partners.

Having the professional signature of approval is essential for starting a career path and it gives students a measure of confidence to pursue their future careers in the fields they have chosen.

The Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association

The Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association (VTC) is a licensed training center under the Vocational Education and Training Act in Bulgaria. As such, it conducts vocational training in vocational fields 213 “Audio-visual arts and techniques; production of media products” and 481 “Computer science”. The Center issues a Certificate of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Science (form 3-37) in part of the profession after successfully passing the exam at the end of the course with a grade above 3.00 in the theory exam and above 3.00 in the practical exam.

In case you want to be issued a Certificate of Vocational Training from the Ministry of Education, you need to send us the following documents on the basis of Art. 14 of the Vocational Education and Training Act:

    • A preliminary medical examination card issued by a doctor in Bulgaria, certifying that the profession for which you are training is not contraindicated for you. The document must be issued at the beginning of the course by a licensed health facility (polyclinic, medical center, general practitioner, hospital, etc.), certifying that it is not contraindicated for you to train in professional areas “213” and “481”. The document shall be issued not earlier than 6 months before the start date of the course. Students who have submitted applications for previous courses can use the medical document they have and do not need to renew it if 6 months have not passed since its issuance.

    • A document for the entry level of education – a certificate of completion of the second stage of high school/12 grade, a secondary education diploma or a higher education diploma. In case your diploma was issued by an educational institution abroad, you need to present a document recognizing the acquired education.     • Photo for documents (taken with a phone in JPG format).

Additionally, for foreign citizens the following is required:

    • A document certifying proficiency in Bulgarian.

    • A document certifying address registration in Bulgaria.

    • Valid ID card with foreign resident identity number (recommended).

The specific documents shall be submitted for each individual course by the start date of the respective course.

The end-of-course examinations are conducted and assessed in accordance with REGULATION No. 1 FROM 19 FEBRUARY 2020 ON THE ORGANISATION AND CONDUCTING OF THE EXAMINATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

Art. (1) The assessment of the results of the examinations for the acquisition of professional qualifications referred to in Article 1(2) shall be carried out in points, respectively for each part of the examination:

    1. for the theory of the profession part – a maximum of 100 points;
    2. for the practical part of the profession – a maximum of 100 points.

(2) The final mark of the examination referred to in Article 1(2) in number of points shall be formed after the successful completion of each part of the examination referred to in Article 1 and shall be calculated depending on the degree of professional qualification to be acquired according to the following formula, respectively:

    1. first degree of professional qualification – the final mark in number of points is equal to 0.3 × the number of points obtained in the theory part of the profession + 0.7 × the number of points obtained in the practice part of the profession;
    2. second level of professional qualification – the final mark in the number of points shall be equal to 0,4 × the number of points obtained in the theory of the profession part + 0,6 × the number of points obtained in the practice of the profession part;
    3. third and fourth levels of professional qualification – the final mark in the number of points shall be equal to 0,5 × the number of points obtained in the theory of the profession part + 0,5 × the number of points obtained in the practice of the profession part.

(3) The final mark of the examination referred to in Article 1, Paragraph 2 in number of points shall be converted into a numerical mark with an accuracy of 0.01 according to the formula:Numerical grade = final grade in number of points × 0.06.

(4) The final mark of an examination referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2 shall be a quantitative and qualitative mark with an accuracy of 0.01 and shall be determined as follows:

    1. for a quantitative indicator from 2,00 to 2,99 – a qualitative indicator “weak”;
    2. for a quantitative indicator of 3,00 to 3,49, a qualitative indicator of ‘average’;
    3. for a quantitative indicator from 3,50 to 4,49, the quality indicator ‘good’;
    4. for a quantitative indicator from 4,50 to 5,49, the quality indicator ‘very good’;
    5. for a quantitative indicator from 5,50 to 6,00, the quality indicator ‘excellent’.

The courses offered by the Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association are by profession:

    • “Computer Graphic Designer” – third degree of professional qualification;

    • “Computer animator” – third degree of professional qualification;

    • “Application programmer” – third degree of professional qualification;

The Vocational Training Center of the ARC Academy Association holds license №2020121542/30.10.2020 issued by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.

The documents issued by the Center are:

    • Certificate of Vocational Training “3-37” of the Ministry of Education and Science

    • “Europass” certificate annex.
