Veselina Davidkova
3D Environment Artist and Illustrator
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
In 2014, she moved to the Netherlands to study International Game Architecture and Design in Breda. There, she immersed herself in the Gaming field through student projects, game jams like “Ludum Dare” and “Global Game Jam”, as well as events and workshops. After graduating in 2018, she joined Snapshot Games as an Environment Artist, working on Phoenix Point and other projects. Later, she took on the role of Art Lead at Room8Studio, overseeing the outsourcing of various PC and mobile games. In addition, she is passionate about digital illustration, crafting, costume-making and leading TTRPGs.
Her goal in training future environment artists is to inspire students to closely observe the world around them, to find beauty in the unexpected and to ignite their passion for environment art.
