Scholarship Competition for ARC Academy’s Preliminary Programs

ARC Academy is launching a scholarship competition for its preliminary programs – Foundations in Digital Arts and Foundations in Game Art and Design. From March 13 till April 13, anyone who dreams of developing in the field of digital arts and in the gaming industry can apply and receive a scholarship which covers 50% of the tuition fee.

Both programs last for 5 months and are designed for beginners who want to take their first steps in the creative industries. “Foundations in Digital Arts” is conducted in Bulgarian and focuses on building a portfolio and mastering digital painting and 3D modeling. “Foundations in Game Art & Design” introduces participants to the game development process, different roles in the industry and essential softwares, used in game creation, while the classes are held in English.

To participate in the competition, you must complete a creative task related to the chosen program. Applicants for “Foundations in Digital Arts” must create a digital artwork based on a given theme while those who chose to apply for “Foundations in Game Art & Design” must develop a game concept based on a pre-set story. These tasks will help the jury to evaluate your creative potential and motivation for growth.

This competition is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their talent and receive high-quality training in foundational disciplines from industry professionals.
