Open Doors & Graduation 2025: Play the students’ games
When and where?
On June 21, ARC Academy’s campus will open its doors to anyone who wants to take a peek behind the scenes of video game creation and learn about the atmosphere and learning process at the Academy.
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of the creative industry by meeting our students in person and seeing the results of their hard work during the academic year.

How will the event go?
* The Open Doors will be held in English.
The event will begin with an opening keynote from the founders of ARC Academy, who will introduce guests to the Academy’s mission and the philosophy behind training in the creative industries.
There will be a formal presentation of the final projects of students completing our two-year programs in Game Design, 3D Art, Concept Art and Game Programming. They will showcase the video games they have created and talk more about the stages of development, teamwork and challenges they have faced. Their tutor and mentor for the game projects – Evgeny Tenev will give a brief summary of their achievements and development during the training period.
Guests will be able to try out the games on site and to talk to the teams behind them. An exhibition of the first year graduates’ art will be presented, showcasing their personal progress and skills in Visual Art and Conceptual Design.
The event offers an opportunity to learn about ARC Academy’s methodology, learn more about our programs and the process of creating video games in the final Game Lab semester – from initial idea to finished product – and to experience the spirit of a dynamic, creative and professional learning environment.

- 15:00 – 15:10 | Official opening by Anthony Hristov and Milin Djalaliev – Auditorium
- 15:10 – 15:35 | Presentation of the first final student project – Auditorium
- 15:35 – 16:00 | Presentation of the second final student project – Auditorium
- 16:00 – 16:10 | How to create games in ARC Academy – Evgeny Tenev – lecturer and mentor of students
- 16:10 – 17:30 | Time to explore: Guests will be able to play the final student projects and view the exhibition of the first year students’ art.
